100 W Water
Adjacent to the Mark Twain Riverfront Park along the Chemung River, 100 W Water is the most significant private investment Downtown Elmira has seen in many years, with a landscape that provides an open green space and patio area for tenants of the newly proposed building and an approximately 2200 square foot outdoor dining patio with overhead lighting that encompasses the North-East corner. 100 W Water is ideally located next to the proposed site improvements in the Elmira Downtown Revitalization Initiative, and will be woven into the fabric of this site and help contribute to an overall cohesive downtown experience.
WPD worked with Fagan Engineers, Johnson-Schmidt & Associates, Architects, DiMarco Constructors, and Park Grove Realty on this project.
