50 Front Street
Located across the Chenango River from downtown Binghamton, WPD is currently designing the landscape for a 122-unit market-rate mixed-use apartment complex. The project will include patios spaces, outdoor kitchens, a pergola, dog park, fire pit area, and a large centralized lawn.
