The 7.5-acre proposal for the Cascadilla Landing development would introduce medium-density mixed- use residential and commercial / retail development to Ithaca's waterfront area. The proposal preserved 115 boat slips and improved access to Ithaca's waterfront by connecting Cayuga Lake Inlet to Cascadilla Creek.
