City Centre
WPD led the municipal approval coordination and is the landscape architect for the proposed City Centre project, a 9-story building located at the intersections of Green, Aurora, and State Streets in the heart of downtown Ithaca. When completed, this project will bring a stunning, mixed-use building with ground floor retail to the gateway of the Ithaca Commons. City Centre is currently under construction.
WPD worked with Humphreys & Partners Architects, T.G. Miller Engineers, Purcell Construction Corporation, Taitem Engineers, RD Jones, Beardsley Architects and Engineers, and EC4B Engineering on this project.
The client for City Centre is Newman Development Group, LLC.
