WPD worked on the Downtown Entertainment and Cultural Organizations (DECO) district in Binghamton, New York. The Deco district project was split into three categories: the Forum Theater upgrades, increasing mixed-use space through expanding walkable areas, and creating an arts district with a "branded and distinct identity." WPD worked with the city of Binghamton to increase foot traffic downtown, and make the area an attractive hang-out, dining, shopping and entertainment space.
